Q: How much will it cost to ship my package?

A: Just use our Jiffy Quote Form!
Enter the pickup and delivery zip codes, what your package or shipment weighs, the vehicle we need, and click submit.
We'll get you a quote in a Jiffy!

You can also call Customer Service at (973) 470-8668 Ext 1 and we will give you a rate.
If you are already a customer, you can get a rate by using the quote option in our Web Order Entry System.

Q: How can I set up an account with Jiffy Express?
A: Easily! Just fill out our convenient and Secure Online Credit Application- we'll have you set up in no time!

Depending on your shipping requirements, we will either set you up over the phone or arrange for one of our Representatives to meet with you. You may also fill out our paper credit application and fax to us at (973) 470-0022.

Q: How can I place my orders and trace my shipments over the web?
A: There is no shipping software to install on your computer. Our web shipping system runs from Jiffy Express web site using a web browser. To obtain a login and password, request web registration with our contact form or contact Customer Service at (973) 470-8668 Ext 1.

Q: Do I need an account to ship?
A: No, if you don't have an account you can pay your shipping charges with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our office is open 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. We do however offer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you require service outside of office hours, you can reach us by phone at (973) 470-8668 Ext 1. Web orders are only handled during office hours, do not enter orders over the web which require after hours service.

Q: Is there anything you will not deliver?
A: Cash, jewelry, guns, any illegal substances, and certain HazMat items. Please call us if uncertain.

Q: What is a P.O.D.?
A: A P.O.D. is a "Proof of Delivery" This is the information obtained at the time of delivery of a package. It will generally be the signature of the person receiving the package, the date, and time the package was delivered.
